A Stillbirth is the loss of a baby either before or during delivery, after 20 weeks of pregnancy and affects 1 in 160 births.

Many families feel blindsided mainly due to the lack of information and conversation surrounding Pregnancy and Infant Loss.

By creating additional awareness, we hope that the stigma that surrounds Pregnancy and Infant Loss dissipates, leaving friends, family, colleagues and health care providers comfortable with open discussions, which will further educate parents to be (again) and ultimately begin to reduce Stillbirths.

You may not be aware but after families have delivered their stillborn babies, they have to then prepare their baby's final arrangements; burial or cremation.

Some funeral homes will provide generous courtesies to families leaving them with little to no expenses, however this is not always the case.

These expenses can far exceed thousands of dollars and can be an overwhelming stress for families.

Through your generosity, we are able to provide some assistance, offering solace to a family who is so desperately seeking comfort.
